It would never happen due to Williams not bringing in enough money and fanbase. Hopkins is looking for the bigh fights. Williams would considered desperate if he made a move like that. If he keeps looking, he might find another loss if he were to jump that high. The word is he is going to fight for the full version of the 154 WBO. That is more reasonable.

 

Who cares, fight is not going to happen, Hopkins is retired. I remember the PWill fanboys blasted for making a thread about Paul Williams fighting Lucian Bute, but Hopkins vs Williams is okay? lol, I thought Williams can't fight as a SMW?

 

Oh and Paul Williams would win by decision because Hopkins is now a grandpa in boxing.

 

Hopkins would outclass Williams, just like Quintana did, he will be on the outside and move to his side and counter the wild swinging Williams and then move out as simply at that, bad matchup for Williams.

Maybe Abraham but not for his style but with his punch.

I know its under rated but to place him on level with a guy who is KNOWN for his speed in Joe C I think that's a bit over rating his speed. He's not slow by any means....he looks slower due to his long arms and length but do you really think he's faster than Joe?

 

The weight will affect him and he will get outboxed and beaten badly Hopkins by TKO rd 7

 

Id say B-Hop has too much power for P-Dub, it would be a good fite but B-Hop would finally overpower him, and finish it late on
