At 168, assuming Dawson doesn't lose anything, I think he would win on PTS. However, the rounds he takes off could potentially see him getting Punished.

Either Dawson PTS or Williams K.O IMO

 

@ 175lbs it's suicide for Williams.
(He would have to weigh-in with a stack of bricks & a pocket full of nickles Wet & wearing boots.)

PW is not physicaly ready for this fight, but 3 years down the line it should be a great fight.

 

I'd see the exact opposite......Dawson the bigger and stronger man by KO or the smaller man, with his incredible work rate on points by simply being the busier fighter.

 

But at 175 Dawson wins by KO IMO.

 

We had this match up a few days ago. Dawson beats Williams at his own game and stops him late.

 

Dawson brutally destroys Williams.
