how does everyone see this going. i could honestly see p willy getting the best of chavez on the inside, outworking him and destroying his soul over 12 rounds. chavez doesn't have the punching power to tilt the balance even if he comes to the fight over 20lbs over the weight limit.

If Paul's head is 100% right,I think he has more than enough.
Anything less though, and it becomes a real "pick em"

At this point in time I would expect Chavez to win via UD. Williams has slowed down dramatically over the last couple of years and Chavez has improved plus he is naturally the bigger boxer.

i don't see Williams having the power to hurt Chavez and he doesn't use his jab anywhere near often as he should to upset Chavez rhythm. Chavez isn't great but he is a lot better than he gets credit for and is a hard worker. I'd expect him to outwork Williams over 12 in a competitive fight.

i think chavez has improved but i still think he gets beaten up and outclassed by the main contenders at 160

Find me a right-hander without a lot of punching power and I'll show you an ass that Petey will kick.

Chavez UD, even if Paul shocks the middleweight division and upsets chavez Arum wont let him lose on the scorecards and will sell it as Chavez being the real middleweight champion without facing Martinez

Willie p is done homies. Chavez isnt A level but hes pretty close to peaking and that weight advantage puts him over the top

Paul Beats him up, as long as he fights from the outside... which he never does!

Pavlik-Williams who you got? Pavlik-Chavez Jr., who you got? I think it Pavlik is sober and training hard he takes both of them.

    Chavez wins.

At 160 Williams meets Chavez who comes in bigger than Paul who has become accoustomed to having a large height and reach advantage in his fights (admitedly Williams is poor as using it.) Chavez has a solid chin and the mass (not the power, but the mass) to move Williams backwards and lands his body shots.

Judging will also play a role, Chavez Jr is worth much much more than Paul Williams so expect the Mexican to get the nod in alot of close rounds. There would be a hell of alot of punches thrown in this fight.

JCC wins, most likely UD but KO isn't out of the equation.
