The Williams who beat Phillips couldn't beat Santos unless he learns something. Against Shamba and Verno he was caught flush on occasion and Santos is young, wise and big enough to win. Santos UD.

He got caught flush on occasion, mainly with hooks while he was in the middle of throwing combinations. Same happened against Sharmba and he can't continue to get away with it.
