    I think Lopez would give Williams fits. It would certainly be interesting to see PW try and deal with a skilled, middlewegiht, southpaw, his own height.

    Yes it is. After the Williams/Wright bout I said there were two guys besides Pavlik who would give PW serious problems at 160 because of their respective styles. Felix Sturm and David Lopez.

    Since the Martinez fight, I'm not so sure PW could beat either one. Paul is simply not a middleweight.

    It's too bad Lopez on paper because of all those loses early in career will never get a date on HBO or Showtime he might be able give Pavilk his toughest fight if had the chance:bbb

    I definitely agree with you there bro! And like you said in another thread "Pavlik is too basic for boxers with any skill"

    Agree. Pavlik should have fought Lopez instead of Rubio a while back, he was more deserving.

    In the end though Lopez's chin would betray him against Pavlik!

    Lopez was going to fight Rubio for a shot at Kelly but fight fell through:-(

    whats going on with lopez he is on a 4 year winning streak, beat at lest 4 or 5 unbeaten prospects along the way. Why has this guy got a title shot?

    It's those damn losses that hurt Lopez. We all know he is a better fighter than his record suggests, but it is very difficult for a guy with 11 or 12 losses to get a shot.

    I don't know Lopez has not fought in a while after being very busy and he dropped down to 154 believe it or not sence he not get shot at a title at 160:dead
