No worries. PTP will win because he's a better fighter.

I really hope this comes off. Paul Williams is already #1 in the division in my rankings, not Vernon Forrest like The Ring's list. Fighting Dzinziruk would go a long way in solidifying that. Plus, I'd like to get a closer look at a fighter many of our European cohorts have been trumpeting as high quality.

    Dizzy is serious comp...:good

He is definitely a quality, tough, underrated fighter who Williams should be able to beat decisively. I expect something like a 9-3, 8-4 fight.

Although, Diz is much quicker and craftier than most of PW's previous opponents.

It's pretty frustrating that Dzinziruk has only fought 5 defences of the WBO title in more than 4 years. He does the job and has a decent record. I get the impression he does just about enough to win fights. At 33 he doesn't have long left, but he might as well take a big fight now as I doubt he gets much cash in Europe. He can obviously box and is a career light middleweight however Williams will be a big favourite.

The Punisher vs The Razor....sign me up for that one. Arguably the most interesting matchup to be made at 154 right now :yep

Good fight for PWill. Definitely one I see him winning, but I think Dzinziruk is still a very live opponent and will need to be taken seriously. We don't wanna see any Quintana type losses again. I think Williams should settle down at 154 now and clear house. Stop hopping around the weights.

That Quintana loss was one of the best things that could've happened to Williams, because he needed the experience of fighting a good southpaw, and that's something young fighters don't test themselves with enough. It's going to pay dividends for PW in the long term and the short one- Dzinziruk's a southpaw, too.

Yeah, it was a great learning experience and he more than made up for it when he blew out Quintana in a round in the rematch. What I am saying is he doesn't need another loss like that over a guy that he should beat. And underestimating a guy like Dzinziruk will land him with another 'L'.

But that ain't gonna happen anyway. Paul has learnt his lesson I feel and should make the most of this fight. Most guys don't wanna fight him as it is!:deal

    Ahh I gotcha.

I've been following his career for awhile now, and I don't think we'll have to worry about motivation. He's hungry to fight the best, but he knows now how dangerous it is to overlook anyone. If Dzin pulls off the W, it's not going to be from Williams lack of focus. :thumbsup
