I see a grossly wide UD.

Williams is sloppy as **** at times and I see a potshotting masterclass from Floyd.

i dont think floyd will have to pot shot, i dont really know how hard williams hits but judging from the fights i have seen he isn't a devestating puncher, floyd can stay on the inside and still beat him.

Floyd doesn't really fight on the inside unless he is forced to (see Hatton fight) though when he does he is excellent.

No point taking unneccessary punches when he can stay out of range and make Williams look silly.

Right now Mayweather wins a clear decision.

if he stays out of williams' range then he wont be in range to punch.

you guys make williams look like some lame punk..yea he doesent have a good D but he can throw 100 punches a round pbf can try and stay out of williams range but i know and you know some of those shots are going to hit and pbf will start to slow down...

I've always said Williams would give PBF hell due to his stance and reach but I would still favor PBF to beat him. Williams' high workrate would be his undoing against a master-defensive counter-puncher like PBF.

I would pick Mayweather too but you experts have to explain to me how Floyd can stay out of range, and LAND on WIlliams.

I actually think that Williams might present more problems to Mayweather than Margarito. In my opinion, Mayweather may be able to use his superior boxing skills to outbox and outcounter the aggressive Maragarito to a decision.

Williams with his tall range and busy output could give Gayweather major problems. It is a mistake to underestimate his difficlult awkard style.

Well there is 2 ways that Floyd can do this. One way would be to move in and out. Move in to land a shot or 2 and be out of range before williams can retaliate. As much as williams punches he would give Floyd lots of oppurtunites to counter like this.

The other is he could stay inside but use his agility and waist movement to make williams miss any way and block whatever he can not avoid altogether. This would probably be the better stratgegy since he would virtually eliminate the possibility of getting caught with any really big shots since what little power williams has would be smothered

Maybe but a more likely scenario is Williams outhustling Mayweather. I know Mayweather has great skills but sometimes he just likes to play defense and unlike James Toney is not in position to counter effectively. That could very well happen against a guy who has a high punch output, superior reach and moves away from him.

Well you can say whatever it was, and although it was bad for his image, Williams really did not take Quintana seriously.

In the rematch he took care of business like he should have. Honestly who here thinks Williams would show up like he did against Q the first time? What seems more likely here?

Williams UD and he looks good doing it.
