Mayweather by decision (surprise), but Williams could get the win due to his style, work rate and freakish dimensions IF he fought smartly.

Williams would have been an absolute nightmare in terms of physical and stylistic matchup. A huge durable guy who threw millions of punches. Mayweather wouldnt have fought him in a million years.

This. Mayweather would have to turn into Sugar Ray Leonard when was being out boxed by a much longer Tommy Hearns and make it a fight.

Winky Wright had one of the best defenses in the 2000's! He lost 120-108.

The Winky Wright that fought Williams was also several years removed from him prime.

I think the Lara fight's an indication of what someone with good timing and movement could do against the Punisher. The fight plays out like that, except Mayweather probably gets the nod since he's better at catching the eyes of the judges.

Quintana and Lara proved Williams can be out boxed by accurate straight counter shots.

Williams knew Quintana was superior to him which is why he came out swingin in the rematch.

Williams has a horrific style for anyone though. He out worked Margarito which says it all and he gave Martinez hell.

The fight against Lara is one of the few genuine robberies imo, I can't find 7 rounds close enough to favour Williams there.

I do think Floyd takes it on points but some rounds will go the way of the punisher by virtue of his work rate

No, Winky fought with the earmuffs up. It's the worst thing you can do against Williams.

Mayweather wouldn't take the fight. Although now that Williams is in a wheelchair I hear that Floyd is negotiating a possible bout.

Wait, what! How would that even be possible? I can't believe such a fight would actually be sanctioned!

    Do you have a source?

Lol. The source is Mayweather's career post Jose Luis Castillo.

How many wheelchair bound opponents did he face?

I've seen his fights and never once noticed the opponent being in a wheelchair!

Williams by decision comfortably. Mayweather would get out worked, and out landed, plus he would never dream of going toe to toe with Williams once he was behind.
