    This thread was meant to be a joke, but I was hoping some legit discussion would turn up after everyone realized it was a joke. Read the 2nd post of the thread, it clearrly states I was attempting to just mess around with it. I called Hagler a "top 15" middleweight and said he hadd a plodding, brawling style for crying out loud....the most common misperception about the guy!

    Anyway I left that out intentionally. I think this actually would be interesting because of Williams size and reach, but inevitably end in Hagler whooping his ass. If Margo got to him and hurt him late, Hagler will fold him up like oragami :deal

    Wow.. Williams KO's Kolle and is already being pitted in a fantasy fight against Hagler? Hagler would make Williams his *****, no doubt.. No Hagler by KO option in the poll? ****, there shouldnt even be a an option for Williams, if that's the case.. Williams on his best day can't even touch Hagler on his worst..

    I went with Hagler dec , but if KO was an option I would have to go for that. Hagler had much more power on his shots that williams does. Granted williams has better speed I can just see Hagler getting inside and going to down on the thin body of williams.

    Plodding is walking after you opponent throwing caution to the wind, just kind of like stalking...but in a way where you just walk right in. Brawling is just letting your hands go with no regard for defense really....showing no skill :good

    I had posted the reply before reading the second page where u had posted that you was kidding.. Thought you was serious for a minute there.. Just cant stand it when people pit an average fighter against a legend and make comments such as Williams KO1 Hagler..

    I hear ya. I was just messing around because a thread like this after last night would not surprise me. There were guys comparing Joe C to SRR after he beat Kessler on here, so this thread isn't THAT bad :lol:
