Williams beats cotto..styles make fights and cotto quits in this fight..paul is bigger than tony, throws more punches, and cotto would never be able to get to him...williams is a beast!

 

AGREED WITH THAT...Cotto takes a knee in the 8th or just gets knocked out cold...Williams can punch when he wants..hes knocking out fighters at 160 and at 154...Phillips had never lost by ko/tko and Paul made him quit!

 

Kolle was only like the 100th best & Verno was 39, those wins arent impressive at all.

 

PW reach and work rate will be to much for Cotto.

 

If Cotto wanted this fight, PW would accept this fight today

 

Hell yea..Paul would take the fight because he'll get the W and he'll get a good check out of it...Kolle wasn't impressive but I think the Phillips fight was...he got cut early and kept on fighting...

Paul is too versitle, busy and relentless for Cotto. I dig Cotto but this fight is damn near impossible for him to win. I don't give Cotto any chance aside from a stoppage on a accidental butt or DQ'd somehow. The physical attributes that paul holds over cotto would be a battle in itself.

Unlike Marg...Paul can BOX...and he's under rated with his boxing skills. The kid is a better technical boxer than Cotto and given the size disparity between the two I just can't see Cotto making the fight competitive. It would be like pissing in the wind.

Well put....but Paul has a few more demensions in his offesneive arsenal as well as his Defensive game. Over all it's not a good look for Cotto. And Cotto nor his handlers dare make a peep about Paul.

 

I hope this happens instead of Cotto/Margo rematch. I just don't want to see that fight repeat itself when better fights off either fighter could easily be made.
