Williams is a hard fight for anyone at 147..Period.

I really want to see how he takes Cott's body shots though, I reckon Miguel cuts him in half after a few rounds of overcoming his style.

Paul Williams beats both Cotto and Mayweather. Remember what he did to a fighter everybody was scared to fight...

Paul Williams is probably the toughest fighter for anyone at welterweight. He's 6'1" with 82" reach, Wladimir Klitschko has an 81" reach in comparison. Cotto impressed me with his skills in the Mosley fight, especially the jab and has an advantage in the level of opposition. Cotto might be able to break Williams down but it's not gonna be easy.

I think Cotto is a better fighter than Margarito, who acquitted himself quite well against Paul. I'd have to say Cotto.

Williams is a good champion, he has a very high work rate but sadly nothing on the punches at all. However his work rate has troubled most but not Cotto and NOT Mayweather. Of all the champs at 147 Williams is the weakest but arguably the fastest. Cotto or Cintron would be the harder punchers. Sure you can say Margarito was beaten however it could be said he fought a stupid fight as well. Cotto and PBF are more intelligent boxers than Margarito is. First Williams has to get by Cintron which won't be easy. If he wins great he'll earn more of my respect and maybe a better chance of surviving Cotto or PBF. Cheers mates:good

Cotto is good, but overrated. He beat a 36 year old SSM who would have nailed him in his prime.

Cotto has come up from 140. Margarito was king at 147 and had trouble with the "huge" Williams.

I think Williams can beat Cotto at 147.

Williams. I'd pick him over Mayweather too.

Williams might have the slight edge here due to reach and workrate. However I've learned you can never count Cotto out he could very well stop Williams with his body work. If PBF-Cotto can't be made this is the fight I would like to see.
