You are 6'0 3/4? It is not 6'1. 6'1 is =1'85 m .williams could be like me 1,86m a bit above 6'1 but still he is listed at 6'1. He is not 6'2.much less 6'3. Pavlik is taller than him and kelly is a little on 6'2

 

I remember being at least as tall as, maybe taller than Lamon Brewster who is listed at 6’2.

To be fair, Williams isn't beating the names that Vargas lost to, maybe Mayorga but that's it.

 

People seem to forget how good Vargas was, he was better than Williams in every departament besides work rate, height and reach.

 

Williams’ actual with Winky gave every indication that he would’ve always won. Winky covers up, Williams lets fly, repeat.

The corpse of Winky?, I believe that maybe he could have won based on what you said, putting Winky on the defensive with his output, however, Prime Winky was a great fighter and Williams always had issues with southpaws and Winky was one of the best southpaws of all time.

 

Which opposition exactly?.

 

He was past prime but not a corpse. Most expected him to do way better but I didn’t. I see a stylistic issue where Winky’s high guard and limited power plays into Williams’ agenda to throw one million punches. Not sure if Winky enjoyed fighting southpaws either.

 

Let's see... Vargas lost against the best guys that he fought... Mosley,tito,de lahoya, his best win was winky. Paul did beat every fighter that he fought included the guys that did beat him. He did beat martinez and antonio margarito. But it is not the only factor.. Williams h2h physically was much bigger and stronger than vargas and no way in hell he would land the shot that martinez landed on Williams
