ok so word on the street is that the punisher is taking Carlos on next. I gotta a funny feeling like Carlos can take this one. What do you guys think of this matchup? Is the punisher too much to handle? Is Quintana too much of a boxer to let the punisher handle him? Will that fantastic left hook to the body that quintana throws find its mark and mean the end of Paul? thoughts please....

quintana will not be easy for williams, cotto's body shots gave quintana trouble, quintana slipped and dodged alot of cotto's face shots and the ones that landed quintana shook off, unless williams goes to the body he will be in for a tough fight.

cotto made quintana look like nothing, before the fight i believed quintana will give cotto a huge challenge, there were idiots here who thought quintana would beat cotto.

Williams' activity and freakish long ass arms wins him the fight, but make no mistake, Quintana is no easy fight. He has good speed, can box, has decent pop, and moves very well. He is the underdog but a very live one at that. UD Willaims 115-113.
I have to agree with Relentless, Cotto made Quintana look like an ordinary Joe.

Actually, I just saw that fight again the other day, and Quintana did pretty well considering it was his first big step up and big fight; Cotto was just too strong for him and adapted to his style.

I think Williams will brutalize Quintana and stop him later on in the fight if the ref or his corner doesn't end it first.

Paul WIlliams is a beast, Quintan is going to have his hands full. Sure he is a good boxer, but against a giant like Williams with his long ass arms, QUintana wont have that much room to operate. This isnt some unknown ko artist from Colombia (Julio). He (Quintana) will be fighting one of the 3 best welterweights in the world. I think the size of the ring, will have a lot to do wiht how long QUintana lasts. If it is a big ring he (Quintana) might be able to stick and move for a while, try to get a points in, if its a small ring, he get taken out in 7 or 8.

Quintana has one nasty left hook to the body. I see it landing on Paul and taking Paul out.

Margarito bombs to the body could not drop Williams, I doubt Quinatana's shots will do that. Besides Quintana will have his hands full with all those punches raining down on his head, to launch much of an offensive.

I beleive that carlos's shot to the body is harder and faster than margos. Expect to see this punch play a huge factor in a carlos win.

I think it won't go the distance with Quintana folding.

Williams will have to work EXTREMELY HARD to get the Win and I believe that CQ might win.

Many dont appreciate how slick Quintana is. If Williams were a power puncher? He'd be better off. He's NOT and that means he better be ready for 12 full rounds.

I agree, I can see Quintana quitting.
