Paul Williams Wants Shane Mosley & Says Margarito is DONE!...

Williams is going to finally fight a real MW. If he wins or loses, I can't see him melting back down to WW.

This would be a good fight. I hope they can make it happen. If paul williams beat winky wright then this fight will be bigger. I hope they can make it happen soon.

Let Williams fight Hopkins. Mosely would beat Williams.

 

I hate to say it but Williams will find it hard to find any of the current welterweights willing to fight him. I feel his career will end up being at 154.

Paul Williams can give either Mosley or Cotto hell. There is a reason Margarito ducked a rematch with Williams in the most pathetic way ever.

Anyway, Mosely is the one WW fighter (and maybe Clottey) that I don't particularly like for Paul. Cotto, Margo, Cintron, Berto... They would all get crop-dusted!

And all these fools are still talking about Paul can't make 147. ****in fools! the whole lot of them! He walks around less than any of those WW's, probably at about 162 or so. It's nothing.. I mean NOTHING for him to drop those 15 pounds for the weigh-in and gain 8-10 back on fight night. People who talk this nonsense don't realize how naturally skinny he really is.

 

I don't buy it. If anyone should have been finished it was Mosley. Had Margarito been knocked out prior to the Mosley bout I would give Williams theory more credence, but he is just bitter because Mosley stopped Margarito and he couldn't and didn't come close. I am not sure who would win with Williams and Mosley.

 

There's no money in that fight. Shane has made a career off of fighting guys like Clottey. This is a no win situation for Shane, especially at 37/38. He should only fight big named fighters now.

 

Shane won't fight Williams. He has already paid for for fighting difficult fighters that no one else had the balls to fight. No need to do that again at the end of his career.

I MIGHT be picking Mosley over Williams, this is the only fight I'm not sure about but Clottey goes into the Margarito/Cotto/Cintron and Berto category. Even though Clottey is decent, he has stamina issues and having stamina issues against someone like Williams could spell doom.
