Paul Williams will beat the **** out of Canelo Alvarez

I would love to see PW win, stylistically he matches up well w canelo
However, his chances are thin as canelo has the punching power to give William the Martinez treatment if he lands flush
Plus obviously i don't see GBP allowing PW to win a decision
The only way I see PW winning is by TKO, I don't think this is happening

 

Actually Williams looked good against Ishida. Williams has problems with southpaws and counter-punchers not come forward guys like Canelo.:deal

 

anyone that actively follows boxing knows that pw will beat canelo and that canelo has very little chance.

thats why this fight is not going to be made.

 

It would of been a better fight if PW wouldn't have gotten koed against Martinez. Those flash ko's can mess you up pretty bad. But, nonetheless it should give Canelo a good test on where he stands.:bbb

not at all. sustained beatdowns(vargas/meldrick) ruin a fighter far worse.

cotto is not the norm. those three wars(clottey/paq/Margo) wouldve ruined many fighters.

canelo has very little chance against pw.

 

Golden Boy better watch out, the PW that took out Winky could very well show up and destroy Cinamon.

Canelo will beat Williams handily. Williams is damaged goods IMO and Canelo will knock him out.

what usually happens to fighters who no defense and less power vs a guy with more power and defense???
Canelo got Paul williams outgunned. would prolly be -200 or -250 against paul. Canelo is durable enough to withstand paul's punches plus defense. So he hits hard then paul and defense better. Now if Paul can somehow muster a workrate like he used to do and tired canelo out then maybe. But don't count on the judges to bail out Paul in this one...

Paul is also walking down the punch drunk brain damage road.

 

Williams isn't 6'3 he is closer to 6'1 and he has an abysmal Glass Jaw. I don't think Canelo has a great Chin either but it is miles ahead of Williams.

 

just watch this fight not get made by gbp.

that alone will tell you who wouldve won.

canelo is not fighting pw.

gbp did not get to where they are at by making horrible bad decisions.
