Paul Williams will beat the **** out of Canelo Alvarez

since he was put to sleep by martinez that really ****ed him up.paul is a ko waiting to happen and like 2 fights from the jermain taylor syndrome. put to you like this he should retire after his fight with canelo. people need to forget about the paul vs margarito or martinez 1st fight.that paul is long gone and he has proven it in his last 2 fights. thats why hes fighting canelo instead of canelo fighting kirkland duh this **** dont take no rocket scientist to figgure out.

 

Sorry. He was and still is one of my favorites to watch but his Chin is awful. I loved the version of him that schooled Margarito and came out guns blazing and KOed Quintana in the rematch. But he has lost a step and his trainer is complete crap.

I want Williams to succeed but for whatever reason he has regressed big time.

 

Kirkland deserves a shot @ Canelo!! This fight is BS..

Kirkland was promised a shot @ Canelo if he beat Angulo! What did GBP do... They put him in with an awkward fighter Molina! GBP is protecting Canelo from Kirkland.. It's plain wrong. Your boy will lose against Canelo, he has no chance... I know your one of his biggest fans but he's punch drunk and shot! Sorry.. :hat

 

Kirkland didn't have his Female, cyborg looking ***** when he fought Ishida! Ann Wolfe makes James train like a mad man..

 

I like this fight and give Williams a solid shot at an upset. I don't think Williams is a shot fighter, past his best probably, but not shot.

He looked awful against Lara but Lara is a good fighter whose style is all wrong for Williams, even at his best Williams had bad defense and got hit by lefts. I thought Williams came back from the Lara fight and didn't look bad against Ishida. Ishida is an ok fighter and I don't think Williams dominates him if he's shot.

I just hope Alvarez faces either Williams or Kirkland and doesn't end up facing someone like Quintana. With it being ppv(if it stays ppv) I think we get Williams or Kirkland but you never know.

 

If Williams could actually use his height and reach advantage consistently, he could give Alvarez serious problems, but he's never been able to do that. He always falls inside giving up his range with sloppy punches, which will be his doom against Alvarez.

 

Kirkland is unavailable as he was told that he won't be 100% until August.

WIlliams is a live underdog here!!! He has the workrate and chin to really bother canelo. way better fight than glass jawed Kirkland who got KO'd by a guy Williams just whupped with ease. Williams only looks bad vs slick southpaws, he has never lost to an orthodox fighter, he's always looked ultra impressive vs righty's. Williams is a stylistic nightmare for Canelo and goldenboy are nuts for making this. full credit to canelo if he comes through this.....the only more difficult fights at 154 are Lara and Cotto. This is what you call a MAJOR step up, Williams is not shot Mosley, he's gonna dot he only thing he knows how and bring it for 12 rounds.

 

I like both fighters but Canelo whoops that ass

Canelo has grew on me the kid got skills,still has room to grow but he is better than I once thought

 

I've seen some threads about Canelo v.s. Williams since a few days ago, and I don't understand why this mismatch has been talked about. Canelo is not interested in fighting Williams next so it's no use to keep talking about it.

People who believe that Williams will beat the **** out of Canelo are crazy! I believe that prime Williams can do that but he is now not as great as he used to be so wake up!
