Lets Think About This Clearly Before We Result To Name Calling

-Paul Williams Took Some Of Margarito's Best Shot's And Survived
-Cotto Is Susceptible To Fast Handed Punchers
-As We Saw With Margarito Cotto Struggles With Larger , High Volume Fighters
-Although Paul Williams Has Leaky Defense, He Takes Punches To The Body Very Well (watch margarito v williams to see) And Face For That Matter
-Williams is comfortable and CAN FIGHT inside or box from a distance
    -Cotto Can Be Wobbled
-We Have Never Seen Paul Williams OFFICIALLY+CLEARLY WOBBLED

I Personally Feel If Paul Williams Comes Into A Fight With Cotto, The Same Way He Did With Margarito....

He Would KO Cotto In Less Than 9... While Taking Serious Damage..
My Personal Guess Would Be The 7th

Lets Try To Discuss This Like Men, Before You Criticize me...

Describe The Flaws In My Argument And Rebut Them With Factual Proof
This Is My OPINION If You Don't Like It... Disagree With Me Reasonably Like Your An Adult and Not Like A Little Kid
    NO NAME CALLING!!!

the highlighted doesnt make ANY sense....

HE CAME into the Marg fight sticking and moving..not even sitting down on his shots until REAL late in the fight when he couldnt move out of harms way as much..

you should say if he came into the Cotto fight like he did in the SECOND Quintana fight..

I Mean His Level Of Focus & Determination....

I PERSONALLY Don't Feel It Takes Strong Punches To Bother Cotto, Its The Punches He Doesn't See That Hurts Him The Most

Thats Why I Think PW Is Bad News For Cotto....

I Used To Think Cotto Would Beat Up On PW... But Just Now I Factored In The Fact Paul Williams Can Take A Lot Of Abuse

I think Cotto has better over all "skills" THEN Quintana, so he can box when need be ..that bein said he beats Williams..

Williams does not have quite the pop that Margarito does. He won't be as battered or tired as he was against Antonio.Cotto had the correct distance all night long against Margarito, and he'd do the same against Williams, but to better effect. Cotto would win a decision against Williams, but it wouldn't be easy.

In the other side. I think Margarito can KO Williams if they fight again. He KO Quintana in the rematch. But I feel that was a lucky punch.
Those are the only two opponents worth mentioning in his resume. Because Mathysse already proved he is worthless and Mitchell only looks good against class C fighters.
He might be able to beat Cotto. Who knows??? But is not clear. We have to wait and see how the lost against Margarito affected Cotto.
Let's remember Cotto was looking damn good during the first half of the fight. And Williams has a lost against a boxer who Cotto totally destroyed

    i mean...

on one hand you could argue the fact

Quitana did out box pw... on pw's so called off night

on the other hand you can argue the fact

PW did come back and destroy quintana... someone who already had a blueprint to beat pw..

so its hard to use quintana in this argument.... i think cotto wouldnt get far against pw boxing tho... his strength isnt boxing.. its brawling

-Cotto kept up with Zabs speed and Mosleys, I dont think Williams is faster than any of those two.
-Margarito didnt have a reach advantage they both had the same reach and Cotto didnt have any problem reaching Margarito so the taller man effect had no effect.
    - Williams was clearly outboxed by a slower, weaker, less skilled Quintana. Cotto can do it better.
I also believe Cotto wont be cought like Quintana did hes too skilled for that to happen, who do you think can take a shot better Cotto or Quintana?

i wouldnt really say cotto kept up with zab's speed....
cotto just beat zab the hell up haha... zab was really ineffective in that fight with the exception of the first round or 2...
mosley just sat and traded with cotto and in some peoples eyes that fight was a draw...

but i havent seen enough quintana fights to say who can take a better punch..

all i know is cotto is a sucker for fast uppercuts

im just saying theres 2 sides to the argument... and they are both extremely valid..
so in trying to argue using quintana as a factor is almost a non factor

im not saying he is SPECIFICALLY a brawler...

    brawler first
    boxer second

a brawler who can box at times when he needs to..

the only time i saw cotto box only ... against margarito

    i thought he limited himself

did cotto "ON RECORD" say he had an off night?

i could have swore cotto specifically said several times

margarito was just the better man that night....
