Damn -- I sure as hell do not want to see Winky on Friday Night Fights. That would be a sad and disgraceful event, but that may be where we are headed.
i wouldn't be too shocked if winky ended up on friday night fights. he might be an elite fighter, or was an elite fighter. but the problem with winky is a few things. not a big puncher. usually fights with a turtle shell defense which isn't as exciting as a seek and destroy type fighter. he's now old. and he's also stupid for turning down a big fight with pavlik and constantly whinging that no one wants to fight him. he's obviously over estimated his self worth at the bargaining table and that is the main reason for casual fans forgetting him. 2 years out because of greed or big ego, then to come back and be beaten at 37 is not a good way to get back into PPV fights. sorry, winky should just retire, or at least now realise what his real dollar worth is at the table.
I already heard Dat James Kirkland is gonna possibly move up 6 pounds to 160 4 just one fight wit wright or duddy and come back down to 154!!
