Please:-( I'd bet the house that if they fought again Williams would stop him in under 5 rounds.

    Bull****.

Before the fight, P told us that he had an opening that whole previous fight, but was hesitant about taking it. As soon as he saw it in the first round, he landed that right-right-left combo that hurt Quintana.

It was no fluke. That opening was there then entire first fight, and would have been there again and again. The fact the PW was more confident about his strength training, and knew that Quintana would never hurt him, he just said "**** it" and decided to jump on it.

People are excusing Mosely for not taking the fight, but I say Mosely should drop his belt if he isn't willing to fight the contenders like Williams.

Drop his belt? Have you looked at the rankings for the WBA top 10? They are a joke, why would Mosley waste his time with any of those "contenders" until he actually has to fight one of them. And like I posted yesterday, DLH said yesterday in an interview that if Mosley can't secure a fight with Pac, Cotto, or Floyd he'd go on to either Berto or Williams.

I'd feel differently if Mosley was in his prime, but he's 37, he's trying to secure teh biggest fights and the most $ out there right now, if he can't he'll fight someone else. he's not ducking anyone, i like Williams, but to be honest he brings nothing to the table.

My intent was that if he is champ, then take on the challengers like Williams. I think there will be very good money available for this fight. Just my opinion.

He will have too if Cotto does sign to fight Pac and PBF reschedules with JMM. But, if PBF ends up with Pac, or ends up canceling the JMM fight, then those are 2 much better choices for him.

In the ring, at 147, no one would be favored to beat him. Not even Shane.

That's what he brings to the table. He is the best.

How will he ever become a draw if the more popular guys refuse to fight him and act like he doesn't exist? Aren't true boxing fans supposed to want to see the best fight the best?

You say he is the best, but who has he beaten to prove he is the best? he was life and death with Margarito, got beat by a B fighter in Quintana, but avenged it beautifully. Other than that, what has he done at Welter to say he is the best...Nothing.

And I do like Williams, but for some reason he just doesn't excite me that much. I know that seems strange because of his workrate and skills, but i'm not that excited to see him in with the best right now, i'd rather see them fight other guys. And I guess alot of people feel the same as me because he doesn't bring much $ or fan base. Though I would love to see him in with a Clottey, Judah, Collazo or even Berto to continue to build his name.

I'ma fan of boxing, but I understand the business.

    Pathetic.

Do you not see the hypocrisy of what you are saying? You ask who has he beaten, but then you excuse the other top WW's from fighting him by saying "He doesn't bring a big enough fan base or money." He hasn't beaten the top WW's because he can't get them to fight. And you say he doesn't excite you. Well, what if other sports awarded championship opportunities strictly based on who has the most fans and most exciting style? Then what?

Why should he deserve to fight the loser of Cotto-Clottey? Other than all this PPV talk, why can't he fight Cotto? Why can't he fight Mosely?

And by the way, he was never life and death with Margarito. You don;t have to exaggerate to make your point. By the way, Cotto wasn't life and death with Margarito, he was DEATH with Margarito...
