Pauli Malinaggi-Juan Diaz...Who Wins?

Malignaggi has made it very clear he's only boxing for money now. That never instills much confidence in me.

Diaz over Paulie comfortably.

 

paulie wins this, juan diaz is a little fat kid thats a gate keeper in the lightweight division.....paulie get hit early, but starting about round 4 or 5 on paulie shows his ring intelligence and dances to a decsion victory.....juan diaz is extremely overrated the guy is a borderline/bum soon to be journey man.

 

Diaz for me. Malignaggi is easy to hit and although Diaz can be drawn into a brawl- there's no way Malignaggi will hurt him. Diaz via UD.

Baby bull all the way, Paulie will cause some problems for juan with his movement and boxing skills but the baby bull will prove relentless and get the UD.

 

Paulie hasnt looked very good since the first NDou fight hes slowed down a bit IMO. Diaz has lost 2 of 3 but has been extremly competitve and inbetween he whopped a tough Michael Katsidis. Paulie can box but who has really outboxed Diaz ? Juilo Diaz and Acelino Freitas are good boxer punchers and even they couldnt keep Juan off them I dont see a past his prime Malinaggi keeping Diaz off. Juan will break him down and maybe get a stoppage although Paulies a tough guy.

 

diaz by middle to late ko he will be right in front of malinaggi all night long and throw punches from all over like he does best and malinaggi will not be able to deal with diaz speed and power and movement diaz will be the first to really ko malinaggi

 

I'm still hoping Pauli has something left, really like him as a fighter, would hate to see this being the last big fight of his career.

 

It should be entertaining for as long as it lasts.
Malignaggi can not break an egg.
He does not have the tools to keep Diaz off.

Paulie is going to get his ass kicked. He couldn't even hurt Chris Fernandez(who's been knocked out 5 times) and was rocked pretty bad in that fight. Diaz is going to kick the **** out of him. Diaz was arguably beating Marquez before Marquez settled into a grove and stopped him. Paulie has no shot at stopping Diaz and is nowhere near the technician as Marquez.
