Every time I come on ESB and check the stuff out theres always one post about some other bull**** that Paulie is talking. Why can't this ****ing *** keep his mouth shut. I am a bit of a Khan nut-hugger, but when I defend him I don't use my opinion, I use facts and quotes and stats and **** like that, but I really, really, really want Khan to ****ing man-**** this *****.
I wish I had the audio on this....I bet it took him all of 8 seconds to get all this out of his mouth with only about 1 of every 3 words understandable.
I think hes trying to get under khans skins to make him more agressive. I think paulie beleive he can KO khan if he gets careless
You're right that it takes time, but I really don't think this lawsuit will accomplish anything. For Pacquiao to win, he has to prove that the defendents knew they were spreading lies. This is why celebreties never get anything out of lawsuits against tabloids. The burden of proof lies with the plaintiff to prove that the others knew what they were saying was false. They will likely settle out of court and squash the whole thing.
Why would Pacquiao sue Malignaggi? He's irrelevant, a bit part player, who is after a big money fight, yet he's the one who is a stepping stone for Roach's new project. If Pacquiao did sue him, what would he gain from it? The actual lawsuit, which would be seperate as Malignaggi is not affiliated with Team Mayweather or GBP, would cost more than the amount he would recieve if he wins. So why would he lose money for the sake of shutting a guy up, who if he fought as well as he talks, would make Ray Robinson look like a bum? It's ridiculous. Malignaggi probably isn't a millionaire, so that's why he's not being sued.
The funny thing is that Paulie would not even ask for random drug testing if he got the chance to fight Pac i don't think. He would enjoy the payday. He really wants to become relevant like Pac is and talking about him all the time is the closest he can get to that.
Having Pacquiao mention his name in any fashion would be the most publicity this guy ever gets in his entire career. Here's a hint for Paulie: learn how to throw a ****ing punch, maybe you'll get some fans.
In these type of cases, lawyers typically work off of contingency. So if Pacquiao were to win, he would get more money than he shelled out to file the lawsuit.
The lawsuit got filled 3 months ago. Depending on the size of the lawsuit it takes between 1 month to 5 months to process. The more complexity of the lawsuit the longer it takes to process, this law suit isn't complex at all & should've been processed. They can keep it the law suit & meetings under wraps but the media would've found out & reported it some way, some how. There won't be a report of the lawsuit within the next months, next year or nothing because there isn't a law suit. I'm not a fan of Paulie but he's right, it was a way to get the public to to think he's innocent.
I would have thought top lawyers in big cases would know what they're being paid up front, because the fees would be into the millions, which takes away the need for payment to be in correalation with the amount won. Fair enough, though, maybe you're right. Here, that is only the case for small trials, where the amount paid is under £100,000 or so.
