If Pac fights Paulie Lou Debella should be considered the best promotor of all time. Paulie cant crack an egg and get HBO fights. A PPV fight would be a small miricle.

 

The sad thing is if Pac refuses the Mayweather fight there will still be a plethora of boxers willing to fight him for the payday without the tests knowing there's a good possibility of him being on something and knowing there's a good chance they'll get brutalized by a cheater. $$$$$$ talks.
