Paulie Malignaggi: All my blood tests have been within 30 days of the fight

    "I'm really at a loss for words. I think [Pacquiao-Mayweather] should happen and I feel that Manny Pacquiao should take the tests if he's clean. He's making up stories where he doesn't know where his next excuse is coming from next.

    "I've had 30 pro fights and none of the blood tests I've taken were ever more than 30 days before. They never test for drugs or steroids because it costs too much money. This will be the first time that a blood test would also test for drugs. In my opinion he may be on something. Maybe - I'm just saying maybe.

    "All of a sudden he's coming up with I'm scared of needles but he's got 100 tattoos. These are all things that are being disproven. If you have to reach for excuses and they're lies, don't you think it's a little fishy? He's done this before, why is it all a problem now? If I accomplished as much as Manny I'd want to clear the air right away. Instead he's reacting the opposite way."

    Interesting. For those who don't know, boxers have to be blood tested once a year for diseases. Apparently, all of Paulie's test were done within 30 days of the fight. That seems to be the standard. I wonder why Team Pac says that they're willing to do the blood tests, but not within 30 days? I guess perhaps because they are using it as negotiating ploy to get the tests not within say a week or so. I guess we'll find out when the mediator makes his say.

    Probably but paulie also has a good point and has proven time again that he can say it the way it is.

    This is all very fishy.

    Why can't Malignaggi fight when he gets into a ring? Instead he runs his mouth outside a ring and does nothing while in one.

    Exactly. I don't dig his shenanigans or style of fighting, but the ****er is a straight talker. That people actually want to give Manny a pass based on some "superstition" about having blood drawn is ****ing ******ed. If it were the other way around, they'd be clamoring for Mayweather's license to be revoked until he agreed to (and passed) the drug tests.

    His points are as valid as mayweather claiming to be the greatest boxer who ever lived.

    A bunch of hype to get fights.

    As for what Paulie said, he does make some good points about the whole issue.

    shut your mouth paulie, you're not getting a chance into a big manny-payday. no way. people are tired of seeing another blow-out one sided beating being administered by manny, especially when its already a guaranteed one weeks before the hype even begins lol
