Haney fans aren’t the ones coping. This thread is a perfect example. Loma fans are upping the opinion of a discredited malcontent. Or searching other corners of social media for support.

Truth is, a 7-5 score for Loma is totally fine. Lots of close rounds. It’s the cries of robbery that are so offbase. It was a very close fight and neither man clearly won it.

The great thing about social media is it’s bringing about a new era where the public’s view of the fight is more important than the judges. Most of whom we all know to be corrupt anyway. It’s almost as if Loma is the real winner here. It was close I scored 7-5 Loma and obviously was impressed being that he was so much smaller and older. Still I think we are witnessing a seismic swing in how fights are judged. People are not having it anymore respecting corrupt judges rulings.

Nor do I consider the result a "robbery" in the classic definition of the word. Likewise, I reject the notion that one has to cast a wide net to find credible voices who found the decision objectionable.
