Don’t forget that Malignaggi has been whooped by guys that Pac had stopped and beaten. He was also spanked by Pac’s former sparring partners as well. He knows that he’s levels far below Pacquiao, that’s probably why he feels the need to say all that crap about him.

I agree that one could say Mayweather is suspect as well, especially with the IV treatment at home but his legs weren't the same as he has aged. The pop in his punches wasn't the same either. Part of that is moving up but he didn't seem to be even a decent puncher over those last few fights.

Manny's skills haven't diminished much, and they both looked like they were off the juice during their fight.

But Pacquiao has very clearly shown decline with age which goes against his argument. His KO’s have also dropped dramatically since moving up in weight and getting older.

Paulie talks as if manny has been some kind of wrecking machine with each and every weight jump which just isn’t the case. A lot of his fights over the last decade or more haven’t been walks in the park for him.

Horn beat him (Arguably) and Thurman ran him very close. The Bradley fights were close tough outings too. Brandon Rios took everything manny could throw at him without going down once. Vargas went the distance as did Clottey, Mosley, algieri and broner. It’s not like he’s banging people out left right and centre....and Marquez (one of his smaller opponents) knocked him clean out.

Look at morales, he was no where near the commited athlete that manny is at the time when he fought maidana, and was just as undersized and underpowered against maidana as manny has been against his opponents.....fighters at that level can over come natural size and power with their rare skill sets. I know morales lost that fight but he was in awful shape compared to the past, and nobody gave him a chance. He ran maidana very close.
