It didn't help that the ref quickly seperated them everytime they were on the inside.
I like Paulie but Vivian Harris would beat him down really bad.

I can't imagine Malinaggi taking on someone that great next. He already has a top-10 quality mandatory lined up in Ngoudjo, and just because he beat a couple of decent gatekeepers in Cherry and N'dou doesn't mean that the top dogs in the division are going to pay attention to him when they've got bigger fish to fry. Unless he thinks Ngoudjo is going to whip his ass, he should take a relatively easy fight, then the mandatory (which is BAD material anyway), And then someone a little better.

Cobra33 nailed it! I wanted Paulie to win but every time they got remotely cllose together it was "stop, stop, stop, stop,!!!" Cotton would not allow for 1 second of in-fighting. Ndou's only chance was to out box him on the outside.
IMO, Ndou's corner should have been raising hell with the ref to just let them fight!

I dont think Ngoudjo is a easy fight..., even though Hermann struggle vs Bailey, Ngoudjo wait for this moment this entire career and will show up with is A game !

Paulie did a good job but put me to sleep. Maybe I was already tired from Andre's fight.

Paulie did a good job in there. I've been saying it all along the kid is skilled, I just wish he had more pop.

I thought Eddie Cotton did an absolute TERRIBLE job ref'ing this fight.

N'dou was fighting two guys, the ref and Paulie. Cotton called "stop stop stop" everytime they got close, giving NO chance for N'dou to work inside, I mean they weren't even clinched, and he was yelling.

Also that rabbit punch deduction? A tad early, I mean ****, if Cotton was ref'ing the Cotto fight, Cotto would of been DQ'd by round 3.

I didn't see the fight, because I was at work. But if you were Lovemore would you be pissed? I always thought once Lovemore got inside and roughed him up then it was going to be a tough night for Malignaggi.

Completely outclassed N'dou, whom was coming off of a strong tko win over Rabah. N'dou gave Cotto a decent fight and gave Witter a really good fight and Malignaggi handled him with ease.

That says something, he's also improved on defence, being that N'dou landed in the 24% and threw 600+ blows.

Good fight for Paulie. He'll be a thorn in the side of anyone at 140. His ability to manage space -- by staying in jabbing range but away from power shots -- is uncanny.

That said, I'd like to see him face Hatton in fight handled by a competent ref, one who would keep the action right down the middle.

Not really surprised he beat Ndou tbh, the IBF belt was just sitting there waiting to be taken.

Hopefully Paulie will be getting in line at a shot at Hatton because surely the winner of Witter - harris will get a shot at the winner of Hatton - Castillo before anyone else...

By the way when the **** is Witter - harris happening?
