Don't forget Cotto fought at 140, and most will agree that he doesn't belong or looked his best at 140. But I will say indeed it was a close fight, and the fact that Cotto put Paulie's ass on the canvas, was one of the deciding, if not, the deciding factor...

Shame that one has to download that ZANGO **** at that website in order to watch fights... it didn't use to be that way.

I guess I'm lucky to have that fight on tape :D

It is a shame cause that is a great website. That download however scared me away.

    Definitely.
The damage/impact caused by Cotto's punches is what won him the fight imo, not the number of punches landed. Paulie's face was a mess and that surely affects judging.
I gotta say though Malignaggi stood his ground and took those shots like a man. He even admitted he lost clearly after the fight.

Yeah, it wasn't always like that, I had watched many fights there before they made that installation requirement. Too bad for them I guess.

Paulie is a very tough fighter. He proved a lot to me against Cotto mainly because he was able to take a beating and still be competitive against a great fighter like Cotto. I think he will lose to Hatton but I admire his toughness.
