If you haven't noticed, that's becoming the trend lately. . . Fights that HBO doesn't want to pay for, end up on PPV. . . Although Malignaggi/Senchenko isn't even an HBO PPV. . . But since no tv network wanted to pick it up, that's what happens. . And this is a GOOD thing - HBO doesn't use their precious budget, or slots, for shite fights. . . Although I actually am very much looking forward to Malignaggi/Senchenko.
Paul Malignaggi has great skills and handspeed, and Senchenko might not be able to deal with that. It's a good fight that's hard to predict. Malignaggi beat some pretty good fighters, and showed a lot of heart when he took Cotto the distance. Hopkins-Dawson could be pretty boring and that's why fans aren't so interested in it as a show.
Does anyone seriously think they would get many buys for the big fight after last time? Makes perfect sense(although not too keen on the idea of shelling out for Paulie's fight)
