I heard an interview with Ngoudjo on the radio this afternoon and when questionned about the judge he said he got robbed because Malignaggi is supposed to fight Hatton next and that this fight is already signed... I don't know if its true but damn Ngoudjo must hate Hatton now i mean, he got robbed against Castillo so he could fight Hatton and now this... (Maybe Ngoudjo was just pissed off...)
I read an interview in La Presse and Ngoudjo doesn't sound too pissed at all. It seems that he knows that when you fight against a title holder in his country on a card held by his promoter that its gonna be hard to get a decision. He didn't seem to complain at all in the interview and said that he will be back for more.
you have to love ngoudjo's attitude about it all, hes just ready for more. I remember when he was all smiles after the castillo fight and castillo refused to aknowledge him.
The reason why Herman got rapped on this decision is a business one. Yvon Michel, Gym's president and Ngoudjo's promoter told to the Montreal press that he was told, during the fight, that Malignaggi's promoter had already signed a contract with Hatton. No wonder why they bought off the judges. Another example, before Christmas, Yvon Michel tried to contact the IBF to know who were the judges for the bout. They said no decision had been made. Right after christmas, he called the IBF again and nobody was answering, apparently, the offices were closed. He found out 2 days prior to the bout that all 4 judges (Ref included) were american and all three card judges were from New Jersey. Tell me again that Paulie won...
