Who takes the ultimate Guido/Paison showdown? I've got Paulie out boxing Vinny to take a UD! As RJJ showed against Vin, Ultimate speed and boxing will give Vinny Paz big time problems and a prime Paulie has both in Abundance. Fuhghettaboutit!!!
Paulie isn't RJJ by a long shot, and that was far from the best version of Pazienza. Paulie doesn't embarass himself but it's not a hard night for Pazienza.
Paulie walks through the best Vinny can give, and jabs his way to victory. Paulie was severely mismanaged in his prime and ultimately lost a lot of time due to his constant hand injuries. Vinny was a bull though!
Why are you saying Paulie walks through it etc? Paulie's chin is crackable and he has no power whatsoever to keep Pazienza off of him. Pazienza is the bigger man and not very agruably the better and more accomplished fighter to boot. There's no real reason to peg Paulie as a favorite in this fight and just about every factor works against him.
