Paulie can thank Hatton and his new Trainer for how He looked against Ricky.

i think malignaggi would have mentioned it if he did, he may do in the future as an excuse for his domination, but i didn't hear him say it after the fight.

Nah man...Paulie has serious skills...he just lacks power! And he has problems with his right Hand but with that said Paul is an A level fighter who is just shy of winning against the ELITE fighters in his division.....Cotto now Hatton....speaks for itself. Congrats to Hatton.

    Made no difference.

The biggest factors in Malignaggi's poor performance was firstly the fact he only used one hand, and does not have the footwork to pull that off and secondly Hatton putting too much pressure on him.

Hatton showed great improvemnt in his footwork and head movement. It made it so that Paulie couldn't land at will with the jab and right hand whenever he wants like he did in much of his other fights. I think Floyd Sr did a great job with Ricky from his preformance.

I started a thread in the general forum with a vid of Paulie saying that he was scared to through punches incase he does hurt himself but he never said anything about actually doing so.
