The promoter is a former boxing manager - including of Manny Pacquiao, early on - from the Philippines (Rex Salud), so it's probably neutral. :conf ...unless Rex has particular feelings personally regarding Namibians or Japanese.
Kameda is the co-promoter for the show...and took head billing on the poster http://www.asianboxing.info/8/post/2013/07/battle-of-the-undefeated.html
Amabuda is easier to get with the hooks due to his guard, I think. The Namibian can win this fight with a little more aggression and let those hands go more, only a little more.
Round 3 The ref asks them to keep it clean on the inside. Ambunda is hunting with the jab, leaning forward a bit as he approaches, winging a right hand around into Kameda's ribs when the guard comes up. 1-2 by Ambunda pressing in. Counter left hook by Kameda. Left hook to the body by Kameda as Ambunda closes the distance and presses his forearms in to bulldoze Kameda. Ambunda misses a high left hook. A pair of right hands by Ambunda. Kameda leans back, spring-loading his own counter right and nails Ambunda twice with it. 10-9 Kameda 29-28 Kameda
Round 4 Ambunda is pressing in and drilling his left shoulder into Kameda to force him to relent. Kameda is hooked above the waist as he steps away. Kameda skirts the ropes and flicks a few left jabs. Double jab to the guard, right hand to the stomach by Kameda momentarily darting in. Ambunda jabs Kameda in the face as they circle nearly stomping each other's lead toes. Flurries to the guard by Kameda. Reaching left hook to the body by Ambunda. 1-2 by Kameda, partly blocked and clipping the ear. The crowd is really getting into it as exchanges become more frequent. 10-9 Ambunda 38-38 Fun round.

Kameda circles to a safe distance, then leaps forward and shoeshines to buy time. Kameda falls to his knees attempting to clinch. Ruled a slip. Kameda bounces on the balls of his feet, hopping from side to side along the ropes. Ambunda keeps taking long steps forward, really shoehorning that right hand into Kameda's belly from out of range. Light flurries by Kameda dancing away. 10-9 Ambunda 48-47 Ambunda
