You can see the talent from Gadzhialiev, this is just a nightmare task for him at this point in his career. Impressive stuff from Shafikov after the first few rounds where it looked like Gadzhialiev may dominate the fight.
Round 1: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 2: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 3: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 4: 10-9 Shafikov Round 5: 10-9 Shafikov Round 6: 10-9 Shafikov Round 7: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 8: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Now it is Shafikov who is hesitant to throw punches which is allowing Gadzhialiev to pick him apart with his sharp quick counters. A few nice right hands from Gadzhialiev landed cleanly in the second half of the round.

Both guys had some good moments, close round.
Those ten rounds went by fast. Pretty good pace throughout this entire fight. I think Gadzhialiev probably has done enough to take the decision, but impressive to see both fighters keep up a decent pace throughout the fight even if it’s slowed a little in the last few rounds
Round 1: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 2: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 3: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 4: 10-9 Shafikov Round 5: 10-9 Shafikov Round 6: 10-9 Shafikov Round 7: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 8: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 9: 10-9 Gadzhialiev Round 10: 10-9 Shafikov Good action from both men with Shafikov the more aggressive and winning the round on activity. Close fight, but I think Gadzhialiev did just enough to win. 96-94 Gaybatulla Gadzhialiev
I’d score it 96-94 I think but could see it being a round or two wider for Gadzhialiev. Shafikov gave it his best effort but it’d be hard for me to give him the fight. He struggled to get in effective range most of the fight, even though he did keep the pressure up
