dude pavlik is pure garbage all he can do is punch,he stands straight up,very flatfooted, and walks in straight lines.he's already been exposed, fought bums for the past year, and pulled out of 3 fights(mora, and williams twice) yet you guys still pay for his **** ppv's

I think what we are seeing is a Kelly Pavlik determined to gain back his 'mojo'. Nothing wrong with that. I don't think we have ever seen him fight with a chip on his shoulder. If I was Paul, I'd try and make 140.....:yep

leave it to boxing message board warriors to think martinez actually has a chance.....too many times people give too much credit to a guys last fight where he rose to the occasion or actually looked good. no way martinez wins this fight and he will be lucky to see the final bell..... martinez is a good world class boxer but hasnt had a defining win in 50 fights....like they were saying when ruddock fought lewis and basing him going 19 rounds with tyson...he was going to KO lewis...but when your claim to fame is almost winning or looking good in losing...that tells you what u need to know most of the time

The Williams - Pavlik grubble has me bored, both camp should shut the **** up and get on about it when Pavlik - Martinez and Cintron - Williams is done, win/lose or draw.

Williams - Martinez II should of happened but didn't, and I would love it if both Team Pavlik and Team Williams would just shut the **** up about it and go about their business like Martinez, doing their talk inside the squared circle.

Martinez did try and get an immediate rematch with paul--Paul denied and ran back down in weight. But hes the most avoided fighter,,remember?

Paul has moved on. After the martinez fight he offered martinez a deal with the rematch. He has been done talking about Kelly Pavlik for the past few months now.

He hasn't mentioned him (unless badgered by an interviewer) since December. If you are sick of hearing about the two sides, then you should thank Pavlik and all the Pavlik freaks for bringing him up constantly....

Well, Team Williams ducked Dzinziruk twice, openly.

So much for the most avoided boxer...

Martinez deserves a big money fight, but he's not a 160lbs'er, and I dont know why the **** team pavlik is going after him really, hes the much smaller man physically.

I'd rather have seen Sturm - Pavlik now that Sturm is under Freddy Roach.

This is just chicken****. You love to spread lies for some reason. That is not what happened. Paul and Sergio were negotiatiing to fight and were just about signed. It was martinez who pulled out to fight Kelly instead.

I love walk with me saying there's nothing at 154lbs.. when the division is utterly packed with guys, much like SMW and LWW.

And perhaps you're right, perhaps Team Williams have stopped bothering with Pavlik, but at the end of the day, we all have recurring articles with respective teams throwing dirt at eachother, it's getting awfully boring.

Paul never ducked Dznizurik. Dzinzurick wanted to fight in Europe, and Paul wasn't willing to travel. And it wasn't until he signed with Winky until he started talking **** about traveling to the states.

And when was the last time he fought anyway? Not trying to be funny, but it's been quite awhile since he's been in the ring.

Also lies, both teams lobbied for a fight with Martinez and Pavlik with Arum brought most money. We all know Goosen is a bit of a rabbid badger when it comes to making deals.. overpricing his fighters, like overpricing Toney with the Klitschkos.

This is going to be a terrific fight...credit to both camps for making this fight happen. I love Kelly's confidence, but i hope he's not looking past Sergio. Martinez is a serious spoiler who makes his opponents look bad.

Anyway, I am a big fan of both fighters and really don't want either guy to lose. This fight will be determined by each fighters' preparations for their opponents. I will make my fight predicition after I see how both camps are going.

    Can't wait!!

Actually you haven't seen any new quotes coming from the Williams camp concerning the Pavlik talks. They were done once they signed and fought martinez.

All you have heard is the gruimbling from pav and his fans, when he is the one who backed out twice.
