Yea Pavlik is tough no doubt about it:yep be he took a lot of hard head shots in that fight with the old man, he's gonna need probaly about 6 months to recover, Pavlik has a chin of steel, but if that fight had been an old time 15 rounder Hops would have stopped him...
From what you have written I'll assume your avatar is a self portrait? You are just a cuddly little puppy with a little bark and no substance?
Miranda busted Arthur's face all to ****, and it did not take a dozen shots to do it. Miranda has zero finishing skills. Pavlik would have stopped AA cold in the same scenario. Saying that Pavlik can't KO AA is ludicrous. the man's KO ratio stands at 86%, and it includes about 8 guys who had never been stopped before.
Pavlik never quit stalking BHop. He had almost no success, but he never stopped trying to get something going. That says a lot about his mental and physical toughness, but I agree, the old man would have stopped him in a 15 rounder.
Hell nah....AA is overrated...who has he beat? He beat Miranda x2...but he's over rated..I don't like Pavlik but I'd take him to beat AA with ease...at 160 Pavlik is a beast..cant stand him but I'm not gonna front..hes a better fighter than AA plain and simple...
This reminds me of the time a waitress came to our table to announce that she was going to be bringing out the ketchup. Do it, or don't.
Well obviously BHop is several levels above AA, but he isn't a short power puncher. Arthur presents a unique package compared to Zuniga, Zertuche, and Miranda. He is stylistically very different, and has better skills in many areas.
Boo obviously put a lot into his analysis so I wanted to bump it up. More noteworthy than the 10 threads with people arguing over the Pac/Hatton split. :yep
I'm more worried about ever getting the fight made than whether Pavlik can win. Arum seems to be backing off of it.
