I saw Liakhovich-Brewster here in Cleveland for the WBO HW bauble a couple years ago (best heavyweight fight since VK-Lewis, for my money) and a few other pro fights with a lot of basically unknown Cleveland-area fighters, but this'll be my first REAL title fight; I can't wait.:yep. PM me around fight time and we'll set it up so we can all go grab a bite and a couple of beers before the fight.

    Defend Youngstown!!!!!

Watch the Abraham v Marquez fight and i think its the round before the fight ends.Marquez lands a good body head combo(the ref calls a foul it wasnt)and you see Abraham clearly hurt,he backs away and for a minute of the fight Marquez has success.Fair play Abraham gets the job done but imagine Kelly landing the same shots.I think Pavlick wins and wins quick.

You're going to have to explain that one. Pretty much every style and physical attribute advantage goes to Pavlik.

You know. The usual. Abraham is a slow starter like Margo because it takes some time for the sweat to set up the casts. UMMM..NOOO..NOOO I mean to set up the punches...... Chill folks. Joke.

I've been thinking about something Tom Tocca said earlier in this thread. Tom talked about how AA said he likes to study his opponent during the fight and "imagine" what to do. I think it would be damn hard to "study" a guy while he's throwing 80 or so hard shots per round with both hands.

Abraham has to have a KO to win this. He scores KO's by setting traps, and waiting for his opponent to fall into one. It's almost impossible to set a trap for a guy who is hitting you hard with both hands from a distance you can't close.

Don't give us that ****, Mr. Boo. Flights are cheaper than ever, and I'd pick yo' ass up at the air port if I had too.

Sorry, didn't see your post #95 before typing it. I understand, we would just be honored to have the speaker of the house....uhhmmm....In the House. lol.

Preach on, preach on!! I defo went out of my comfort zone on my seats and ****, but thanks to the highly underated phsyco-therapudic skills of Hermit, I feel much better about the whole deal.:p

I was thinkin' WTF have I done!!! Sometimes $600.00 don't sound like much, but being self employed, sometimes it seems like a **** load.:yep

Look at that again. He said he studies and then "dreams" about what to do. Take that literally. Current 'opinion' is that dreams are a way of us to digest and process the days information. I might be thinking of a different post though. Yeah. He does start slow to see what he is up against though. I look for Pavlik to give AA some extra 'study' time fight night though.

Now I'm not saying they're the same, or what ever it is that pisses people off, but think back to how Taylor fought in the first fight. He would back to the ropes, cover, then EXPLODE of the ropes with lightning fast combos from hell. Kelly had no prob with that, just that looping right over a lazy jab in that damned to hell round 2.

IMO, it will be very similiar. Pav will blast away at the short man's guard, and be ready, then when he comes firing out of there, Pav will simply long step back out of the way and pick the punches Ninja style, until he feels the correct jab to unload the bomb.:yep
