All these guys fall in the same category in the end so whether he fought Ayala, McKart or Zuniga won't make a major difference really. The division is lacking major names at the moment so their only hope is to fight each other or all are stuck fighting unknowns. If the division was loaded Pavlik would have found a better option than Mora when that one was rumored to happen. Now they're interested in Sturm rather than Abraham so Abraham is moving on, simple as that.

Abraham has Khoren Gevor in his pocket too. Mark my words he will prove us later to be pretty good win for AA.
He is gonna give fits for FS.

    From Vindy.Com on June 9th:
    --
“We’ve got a lot of options,” said Dunkin. “If we can make a fight with Sturm or Abraham, we’ll go with that, of course."

The article on Boxing scene about Abraham moving up came out on the 23rd.

Sauerland never planned to let Pavlik anywhere near Abraham. they simply used KP as a means of keeping Arthur's name in the news, and that is what I've been trying to get you blind mother****ers to see for the past few months.

It's quite amazing in its convenience that this comes out after a press release announcing Abraham is moving up.

Come on this is as transparent as glass.

That's why they were the ones calling for the fight over and over with Pavlik and his team answering back with "Get more popular in the US". Now that he's announcing that he can't make weight he's all of a sudden achieved superstar status to Pavlik and his team.

Pavlik's team bringing up Sturm as a future opponent/option over Abraham is clear indication they want none of it.

...Arthur's camp has been reporting weight issues since before the Miranda rematch (at a catch-weight mind you). After all the publicity surrounding the Abraham rematch with Miranda people were buzzing all over the place and yet still Pavlik said absolutely nothing regarding Abraham.
and when you boil it all down, Abraham can make more money fighting nobodies in Germany then fighting Pavlik I the states. Even Pavlik, were he to give half a rat's ass, could make more money fighting in Germany then he does in the states, so maybe it's HIM who would go raise him profile outside the US.

I don't know who the hells fault it is, its just a shame in all likelihood its not going to happen. I don't think either guy can claim the moral highground when they are fighting Lockett's/Mora's, and Simon's/Oral's, nor when Arum/Sauerland are the respective promoters, neither of which are fountains of honesty.

    It's just damn disapointing.

Let me just say if it happens at 168 I'm gonna enjoy it,most likely it will be good or even maybe epic but unlike at 160 it won't be for all the marbles.
