i have to admit i underrated Abraham but that's what happens when u never leave Germany > u get underrated.

he's got better technique and power than i thought. i don't rate him as an elite fighter yet but taking down pavlik would shut all of his critics up

He gave a great performance against Miranda but those first 2 rounds have to make you think. He cannot let pavlik put his hands on him like that who is a far sharper and more accuarte puncher. Moreover, he has that great jab. I dont see anyway Abraham can win on pts. I think both men land big shots but Pavlik's workrate and jab take him home.

I know Abraham has that high guard but a stiff jab like Pavlik's could break it down. I don't think u can just absorb Pavlik's lasers like that. Pavlik has such a great arsenal as well: jab, right-cross, hook, uppercut

Pavlik on pts or late stoppage

It is utterly amazing how a certified moron like you has panache to snub his snooty snout at us, normal people.

I sent them a message after reading both of his posts. Looked like a 10 year old thinking it was cute to be a 'potty mouth'. I see he didn't last long.

Ive watched both guys a few times and im with Pavlick.Abraham looks the part and is a good fighter but he does not like getting hit at all.I watched the fight with Marquez and in the round before Abraham stopped him Marquez landed a shot to the head. The ref called a foul(there wasnt one, even the German tv guys did not react)and for 30 secs you could see Abraham was hurt.I think once Kelly starts landing the right hand it will be over.To be honest id put money on rounds 1 or 2.

I have to say that Pavlik has it much easier with Abraham than he did with Hopkins. Figure a guy who is much more stationary, much wider (as the op stated), and much much more crude.

Pavlik is a very good boxer. Good boxers can be beat by good brawlers but in this case I don't think so. Too much power in the boxer's corner for this one to go that way. Miranda got stopped and Abraham will too.

Abraham is a very seasoned professional. He waits for a mistake and bang he has hurt another fighter. Don't be fooled he has excellent timing and very heavy hands. He takes what he iMaranda.

was keeping his hands up fighting a pretty good fight, keeping things tight up the middle but made some mistakes allowing Abraham catch him wide. IMO Abraham is considerably more dangerous than Taylor. A lot tougher as well. Fought with a broken jaw for almost half a fight

I think Abraham will beat Pavlik if they ever fight.

I think Pavlik can definetely beat AA. The outcome on this fight will depend on where its at.

It took Abraham two fights to do what KP did in half of one. Did you even watch the Miranda fight? He threw nothing until the fourth, and just got lucky with some wild swings. Pavlik is a far better boxer, his power's just the same and he's been in with the likes of JT twice and B Hop

Just watch the last round of the fight (>3:40)...
AA isn't slow, he is fast actually. Pavlik is dangerous and without any doubt the hardest fight for AA in middleweight, but Pavlik has nothing in his arsenal that AA can't handle. Pavlik on the other hand hasn't boxed against someone who is tough as nails and a freakish strong puncher as well as an excellent finisher. He boxed against some good guys, but none of them were as tough as AA is. Against AA Pavlik shouldn't try to go forward all the time, but he will. If he would change his game plan for this special fight he would've a lot more chances to prevail, but he won't and that is why I see AA winning by KO.

Right, that short counter right that sent Miranda down was wild and slow as hell...
