He's never seen it in his career.

Does Taylor even make it to see the 10th round?

Possibly.....don't forget Taylor floored Kelly in the first matchup so it's not entirely one sided....although Pavlik has an evil right hand.....Taylor is clearly the more skilled so all he needs to do is watch Jones Jr vs Ruiz or Calzaghe vs Kessler and see how to use better skills to avoid the bigger banger....that said Pavlik is a sick fighter and hope he wins!!

    According to Bodog:

    Over 10 1/2 - +130
    Under 10 1/3 - -170

    I would take the under

You've got it mixed up, Taylor is the one sleeping.

Funny you should say that because after Pavlik left Taylor crumpled in the corner sleeping, Taylor decided it would be best to do some impact training for the rematch and is now using a sledgehammer to hit tires. :patsch:patsch

Just thought I would point that out to you since you thought you were being funny.

Based on some things Jermain said in a recent interview I expect him to come out with guns blazing, and try to recreate round 2 of the first fight. Kelly won't drop his hands and stick his chin out a second time, so there will be no round 2 type debacle. JT cannot beat Pavlik in a war of attrition. If he tries, he won't make 6 rounds.

If JT freezes up and fights scared, he won't see the end of round 3.

His only real chance would be to try and box his way to a decision. He would have to keep his left up where it belongs, use lots of lateral movement, move in and throw his shots, and then either tie Kelly up or get out of the way very quickly when he is done punching. In this scenario he might make the 10th round, but somewhere along the way Pavlik will catch him with some 1-2 combos, and brutal lead rights to the body. When that happens Taylor will revert back to his old habits, and get himself pavlikated!

JT can knock pavlik down and out. the chin being stuck out was a reaction that fighters have when they get caught by a good shot and try to say you didint hurt me. but down he went. JT can win either way by outboxing or by KO. i think he wants the ko. maybe the loss breathes fire back in him he had lost since all his wins were coming so easily.

Pavlik did KO Taylor but Taylor did score a knockdown against Pavlik and Taylor did seemed to be stronger and effective against Pavlik when putting effective pressure, that's of course until Pavlik f*** him up with a straight right hand. This is going to be a great fight, but i think that both guys could KO the other.

It's sickening how many times I've seen that knockout, I've been watching Kelly since his first fight. I couldn't believe that he actually fought for and won the title, I didn't think he was going to win last time, and I'm going to keep that mentality this time. I actually hope Jermaine is 100% mentally ok after that and that Kelly beats the best Jermaine Taylor.

Taylor won't need to see the 10th round, cause he is gonna stop him in the 4th.
