Pavlik apologizes for terrible decisions

Hey, who's that mouse with the big ears standing next to Kelly Pavlik?

 

I'd like to see Pavlik get with Manny Steward and change his career around. Steward is the perfect trainer for a tall guy like Pavlik.

 

Lets be honest if Pavlik was black the majority of fans wouldnt give a **** about him bar 'the good ol' Youngstown yeeeeeeeeeeehaaaa crew' in America. He always was an overhyped and overrated fighter but I guess while the 'Im gooona drink ma beer boy and watch Kelly kick summa ass' gang are interested though he may try a comeback

 

I was a Pavlik fan, but I have zero interest in watching the guy fight again. But at the same time everyone deserves second chances. Let the guy prove himself on FNF's and go from there. But if I were Top Rank, I wouldn't touch him after what he pulled.

 

This is just ignorant. Watch his fights with Zertuche, Miranda, Taylor, Rubio and Martinez and tell me he only was popular because of his skin color. Skin color doesn't mean ****. He was a good, exciting fighter that built his fan base off skill. Then he turned into a fruit.

Its not my fault Kelly Pavliks mother is also his sister and his father is also his uncle...

 

Kelly should defintely change trainers and move out of his hometown. Too much distraction there. Plus, if he is serious, he needs to take a page out of Kirkland's book and fight and train as often as possible.

 

I ws only joking with some of what I said. He is overrated though. He beat my mate Gary up . Not that Gary is exactly a legend of the sport mind. But I think 'The Ghost' will come unstuck against any top level middleweight/SMW now

 

I hope he can make a dedicated comeback, if not, he shouldnt bother.

 

when pavlik's at his peak, he's blood and guts, regardless of his mistakes...there are also many potentially great fights out there for him. abraham, martinez, lee, everyone from the super six, original and added along the way, not to mention he's only 29. people get on him now, but if he were to make his way back, coupled with his blue collar roots, it would be an iconic comeback story. it would seriously be able to be made into a movie

 

Alcholism is a powerful disease, hope he is able to get everything together and overcome it.
