If Pavlik fights duddy next, they should do it at MSG with AA fighting an exciting opponent on the undercard and make it free on HBO... that can build up AA vs Pavlik for early fall / winter
I know its all lies, trust me. & the only reason those dudes would have even been interested in fighting Pav is because they seen some potential and wanted to pick on the lower weight guy before he got accustomed to carrying that extra weight. Remember CalZ said RJJ was shot & fighting him would be pointless? :rofl:rofl:rofl
I been saying something similar for WEEKS! Pavlik/Duddy Abraham/Lorenzo (Assuming Lorenzo beats "the other Miranda.") Sells out MSG, does great TV numbers. KP and AA come away looking like Godzilla and King Kong!
Oh my gosh. AA vs Lorenzo? You're talking bout the Lorenzo that lost to Rafa? atschatschatschatschatsch Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan this AA mutha ****@ has to go.
The winner of Lorenzo/miranda will be Artur's next mandatory. Ya gotta give guys a free pass on mandatories no matter how bad they suck.
Now that I know AA only gets $700K per fight it seems more doable. AA still has German TV obligations though.
That just doesn't make sense. He wants to fight the super Kelly Pavlik, the best MW in the world. & how does he rove that, by fighting the guy that clearly got beat by the guy he just made quit in 6? atschatschatsch
The IBF is trying real hard to make him the mando. He already lost to Marquez and they put him right back into an eliminator? :think
Man, I don't even see why ppl bother with AA. That fool might as well just move up. Thats f_ckin ridiculous. AA vs Lorenzo? atsch
The $700K is what he gets for fighting these no hopers. There is no way in hell he's putting everything on the line against KP for less than $2 million. Wanna bet?
Well, now that I know he makes about $700K per fight, I can see why he wants Pavlik. He could double his payday and I'm sure he is convinced that he picks up two more belts. I do not doubt AA on a personal level at all. I do feel for the guy also. He deserves better opponents. Plain and simple. Sturm would have been the ideal fight but we know what happened there.
No. My point was him on an under card fight seemed more doable than I first thought. I'm sure when Arum made his bucket analogy, this is what he was talking about in terms of a fight with Kelly. I still think it would be big with the proper advertising, but the networks seem unwilling. Hell, if you can't hype this fight with his two fights against Miranda, you just aren't trying. Got through the first fight with a win and a broken jaw, then comes to the states to remove any doubt about the decision win and takes out Miranda faster than Pavlik. Come on HBO. You just aren't trying.
