Can you hear that? One more idiot added to the ignore list. Who cares about transvestites opinions trying to make themselves sound more manly?
It sounds like Pavlik is not in his right mind. Hopefully he'd snap out of this and not let bitterness and greed ruin his career. One loss to Hopkins is not the end of the world and he should be using this time off to improve his game. He needs to add some power and speed to his style.
hmmm. i am hoping pav was misquoted or just being a bit bitter at being left in the cold. this ain't the kelly who made me a fan circa the miranda/taylor fights. gonne hold my tongue for now but if this is a true reflection of what kelly is thinking/feeling am a bit dissapointed. everyone so high on the thought of the best fighting the best and he seems hung up over the money. dude needs to get back to doing what he does best, knocking out mofo's at 160, the big fights will still come, he just might have to wait for them instead of dictating terms like he could almost do pre-hop
Spot-On:deal Get back to leaving 3 or 4 guys a year slumped on the canvass and the big fights will come. This is the Kelly Pavlik people will gladly pay to see. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvMD56UhTx8
But it seems those kinds of fights won't pay the purse fee sufficient to cause Pavlik to accept them. I would be great with it, because there's too much pressure on fighters to change weight divisions based on where others are. It's impressive to see a man clean out a weight division, even if the competition isn't always stellar. Jacobs et al. will soon be ready.
Anyone around on here when Calzaghe was getting **** for "ducking" Pavlik and choosing to fight Hopkins instead? :rofl:rofl:rofl
he actually did call pav out...now whether you want to believe there was a subsequent "duck" or not is up to you...but he did call him out.
You must not have been cuz he ducked Pavlik to fight Jones. You know, the guy he said he would never fight in his autobiography cuz he was shot?
