it's "double the ****ing jab." but i agree he needs to get rid of that ymca boxing coach. i'd love to see him with steward or joe goosen. preferably goosen. he's so underrated as a trainer. not only would it be good for him to get a world class trainer but i think it's time he leaves home for training camp and go somewhere else so he can focus.
i think the entertainment will be between mayorga and that inbred trainer of pavlik. if pavlik was fighting mayorga, "double the ****ing jab" would be the right advice though.
Although it is getting harder to do, I am still not buying the card. I wholeheartedly believe Margo should be banned for life and I promised not to contribute to his pay days.
Manfredo is the only name I've heard, but Manfredo and diBella seem to be the only ones talking about Pavlik/Manfredo. A couple days ago Cameron Dunkin said he was ready to get together with KP and go over his list of possible opponents. Sounded like Dunkin already has a lot of details worked out. Top Rank and Cameron Dunkin have put a lot of pressure on Pav to try and stay at 160. Pavlik has resisted the idea. I think the 164 catchweight is a compromise. It will allow Pavlik to get an idea of how realistic trying to stay at 160 would be without taking a chance on exhausting himself to make weight like he had to for his last fight.
If it's that the case then let it be Andrade at 168lbs. That fight will be a war and may even steal some of the limelight from the main event
Hve you guys heard differently, cuz I thought post Sergio Martinez the reports out of Pavlik's camps were that making Middleweight was becoming too tiresome a task for Pavlik. I heard the same regarding Manfredo potentially fighting Pavlik, but if that goes down would it be at Middle or Super Middle? a couple pounds here or there, why would it matter so much? With Sergio and P-Will still at 160, Kelly's got a tough road at Middle and the same would go at Super Middle **but if all the talks are true about Kelly's weight troubles with 160, why continue to stick at the weight? He's coming off losing his titles and it'll probably take a while to build his resume back up he seems stuck in limbo with the weights so IMO for Pavlik to keep draining himself down to Middle doesn't seem like a good idea in the long run
Pavlik vs Sartison for the WBA interim 168lbs belt sounds like the best option. Mundine, Zbik, Chavez Jr., Lee, Green are good fights. Manfredo, Mora, Winky, would be decent fights.
wont support margacheato. will dl the pavlik fight the next day or just watch it at buffalo wild wings and leave before the main event
I hope Pavlik can return to that invinvincible healthy form he had when he dethroned Taylor If he can be healthy and avoid injury he can make some good fights
even if wright is way past his prime his style could give Pavlik some real problems, he needs someone he can KO in an impresive way to go back to main event PPV,Pavlik is a terrific guy but the dude is very predictable,Hopkins and Martinez did show us how to beat him.
