After Pavlik beats Taylor for the second time with hands that required 100+ stitches 4 months before the fight, I wonder what on earth could any Taylor nuthugger say then?:blood :blood

Or any other nuthuggers out there.

The word is Pavlik hit Chad Dawson square on the chin.

The same happend to Jones when MW Glenn Johnson laid him out viciously.

Lousy thing to happen:-( :(

I guess we know Kelly isnt bling, blinging his $$$$$$$ away:good

Hopefully, there's no nerve damage:nono AND it's NOT in a spot or places that affect things too much:nono Also hope it doesnt require a year to heal properly:think

If there's any silver lining? This is a wake up call:yep The fights over, the rematch is looming, and its BACK 2 ADVERSITY:hey This cut will force Pavlik's focus back into training and getting it right.

Hand through a Window? Next time someone tell pavlik to open the window before he puts his hands through.

Every fighter should insure their hands ala J-Lo's ass and each boxer should wear gardening gloves at all times to protect their precious hands.

yeah **** happens, as long as he wasnt being wreckless, like trying to do backflips on a trampoline the night before a fight, you cant always prevent accidents.

he could have cut his hand while chopping vegatables up or something equally as random.

I admire his blue collar work ethic, but come on, replacing a window when you're now a millionaire?

Gotta admire it. I've replaced windows and I don't see how you can put your hand through one - especially the modern windows.:huh

Oh well...Hopefully he heals in time for the fight.

Only 20 some stitches according the Youngs Town newspaper. www.vindy.com That sounds a lot more realistic. I had 300 stitches once because my arm was damned near severed off my body. 100 to a hand would be a career threatening injury to a fighter. Glad to hear better news.
