I have been absolutely silent on Calzaghe / Kessler because I did not have a favorite. I do not particularly like Joe and prior to tonight I knew very little about Kessler. If these are the best two guys in the world at 168, Pavlik can move up and dominate the smw division anytime he wants to. After he wins the rematch against Taylor, if Abrahams and Sturm avoid Kelly, he can turn Calzaghe into his personal *****, and make a few million doing it! JC or Kessler would be just another Pavlik fight: back and forth for 4 or 5 rounds then Kelly finds a home for the right hand, steps on the gas and closes the show inside of 8 rounds. Bet on it!

And by the way, that scoring sucked as it usually does on HBO. JC clearly won, but 117-111? What are they smokin'?

    Boo

    LOL!!!!

JC would box CIRCLES around pavlik... outwork, outhustle, outspeed, and whitewash him the full 12 rounds.

    not even competetive

I had it 116-112 Joe Cal, was fine with 117-111 as well...

Would like to see this fight, think it might do more than Hopkins Calzhage

    You are joking right?

Kelly Pavlik will get OUTBOXED everyday of the week. And he's not even technically as good as Kessler.

Besides Joe's chin is one of the best, and can take bombs, Joe dances circles round Pavlik, or stops him on TKO, or a one sided UD.

Joe wouldn't want to fight him, it's all about Bernard Hopkins, Glen Johnson maybe, maybe a RJJ showdown to signoff.

Wow... what a silly post. What does Joe have to do to have respect from these clowns, first Lacy then Kessler, all favs against Joe by alot of poster on here. Now Pavlik is the one to sort Joe out............ Joe's boxing skills, speed and chin are too good for Pavlik.

Kessler is a bigger version of Pavlik with a better chin

Sorry - Pavlik wouldn't stand a chance - and is of no relevance to Calzaghe - Calzaghe is moving up for a few money fights - and he wouldn't have any troubles with Hopkins either...
