To this date I don't see how anyone could have given Spinks the win over Taylor.

What is your record as a pro. If your chin is tough enough to take those shots in sparring, then what does your pro record look like?

I've kept trying to tell people it won't be the Calzaghe fight all over again. Joe met Bhop half way for those clinches.

Hey Hermit, your avatar makes me laugh every time I see it for some reason.

Never turned pro. I was severely injured in a car accident. I am a trainer/manager/conditioning coach. I just enjoy sparring. I just get the itch to spar from time to time.

Calzaghe-Pavlic is a good match up and should be very competititve.

Hops, has more skill than pavlic, but he is just too inactive. You cant win a fight throwing 20 punches a round. Even if he tags Pavlic good, he wont have the energy to follow up on it. Pavlic UD.

If you think Cory Spinks deserved anything other than an asswhoopin for his performance against Jermaine Taylor, please invest in a tin foil hat so the rest of us can recognize your..."condition."

It's an interesting point, but if I were looking for a reason to choose Bhop for this fight, I would take the fact that Kelly Pavlik has never thrown a three-punch-combo in his life, and is the most predictable fighter on the planet.

I have to admit though, it's nice to see a fighter who's even more pale and more bald than I am winning big fights.

Pavlik also beat Miranda. He ko'd Taylor in the first fight which Spinks did not. He showed toughness. He can take a punch. Has a great work rate. He's not hype anymore. He's a champion.
