Pavlik: "I Want To Fight Enzo Calzaghe, He's Still Shaking After Lockett"

    "I want Calzaghe to win (against Jones), I really do. I just want to fight him. Actually, I want to fight his dad first," Pavlik clarifies. "His dad is doing everything possible to not have that fight happen... Pavlik believes that the beating he gave Gary Lockett in June - who just happened to be trained by Calzaghe's father - is what kept a matchup with his son from occurring. “I think his dad is in his ear and his dad's still shaking from the beating his fighter took. I think he's still shaking the cobwebs right now. Boxing for him, thank God for Joe, because his dad’s the one who's behind all this - it ain't Joe," he states. "It's his dad. His dad is running his mouth and flapping away and his dad doesn't know a left hook from a fishing hook."

    True,but even a credit to the sport pro like Pavlik has to respond to the ducking tactics gibberish coming from village idiot Enzo's mouth.
    That would **** anyone off.
    Moreover,being insulted by someone intelligent and articulate is one thing,but being insulted by a guy as unintelligibly dumb as him is way too much.

    Pavlik is possibly a little more controversial than we have gotten indication so far. He's said some other stuff recently that has raised a few eyebrows. I'll post the full text in the near future. I can understand his frustration at certain things, but there is no mistaking - Kelly Pavlik is not at all afraid to speak out. He even talks about people in Youngstown "hating on him" and other assorted 'paranoid' stuff.. Doesn't bother me, but in the coming months and years I'm sure he'll surprise alot of people with his candor.
