Pavlik in October, Arum says Kessler/Bute easiest to make.

    It won't happen. I wouldn't give this a 5% chance.

Pavlik vs Bute would be very intresting.

Kelly would be sure he could take Bute out, and Bute would see him as ripe to be out boxed.

Kessler would dominate Pavlik, as he has the superior jab.

The quotes I seen from Arum said Kessler or Froch.

Well, this might actually mean Froch given the history of Arum's 'early' announcements. They generally turn out to be false.

Got any links? This is 'minutes' old from being 'seen'. We know Froch/Bute won't happen next so this may be a newer development.

Kessler is bad matchup for Pavlik. It would not be good at all for him. He would be much more competitive with Froch.

He should press on Bute if he can get it.

Froch and Kessler aren't good movers...if you stand in front of Pavlik, he will most likely win.

    No Sir.

Both have superior jabs, and are not out sized by Pavlik.

Kelly loses the tool which sets up his big punches (the jab) and has no size or power advantage. How the hell does he win? He's not exactly Sugar Kelly Pavlik.

Thanks. Not really contradictory, just Arum doing his usual 'expectations' job. What I 'seen' may have been to put pressure on Froch's people for all we know. Personally, I see Kessler as the least likely. Bute? Not sure his people want that for his next fight. Froch? Thought he wanted a 'breather' next too? Ah well, time will tell.

Kessler CAN move fairly well... like against Andrade... but he doesn't always do so.

Froch does not move well.. but honestly I think Kelly would be the one who wants to move if they meet... because if they go steel to steel... the Cobra's bite is harder than the Ghost's I believe.

Kessler been put down by "watch my feet" Green. Bute has been rattled by Froch. Pavlik is a more masive hitter than Froch or Green I believe, tho his boxing skills don't seem to be what they once were the punching power never really goes. Pavlik vs Bute or Pavlik vs Kessler would be interesting at least.

Seriously doubt its Bute or Froch since they have a big money rematch cooking, I fully expect their interim matches to be against full on duds to keep the March rematch in tact.

I honestly can't see Arum making the Kessler fight either, where would they put that to make a big gate? Unless he plans on putting it on an undercard or something.
