um, yeah kelly...it WAS bernard that made you look so bad. he did the same thing to taylor and calzaghe (not to the same extent), although in those fights he didn't mount enough offense to clearly win. they didn't "hit him at will"

I thought he gave Hopkins his due. He flat out said that he "got a lesson".

Edit: Do you need him to get on his hands and knees?

He doesn't seem to realise how limited he is and how styles make fights. Taylor and Calzaghe are snappier and less plodding than you Kelly!

That is maybe the single most fascinating video interview i've ever seen. That is a man unable to explain what has happened to him. He just cannot understand what has happened. This is what we say when we mean one dimensional.

    Thanks for posting this video.

What the hell. Hey Pavlik, its Bhops movement and getting out of the way of your power may of been the reason.

Cheers for posting. Pavlik's trainer better slap this "i dunno" bull**** out of him as soon as they get back in the gym or he isn't going to bounce back from this. The reason he got beat is he met a guy with more skills, more range, more variety than him, who was in better shape than him, who wanted it more than him. There's no mystery, the boy is kidding himself on if he thinks it was an "off night". It was domination of every minute of every round. That requires drastic improvement, not shrugged off as an inexplicable lapse. Bad reaction.

Pavlik admitted he got his butt kicked. That's good. The only way to get better is to accept the reality of a situation.

Damn shame, Pavlik is still befuddled even after the fight. Pavlik seems very bitter about this loss. I think Hopkins' post fight comments may have really got to him. He made a point to mention that he didn't think Hopkins' athleticsim or slickness were the reason he lost(he's wrong).

    Pavlik sounds deeply wounded emotionally.

He's very wrong. Hopkins' slickness and movement killed Pavlik, and so did the 43 year old's hand speed and strength.

I like Pavlik's heart and mindset, but he was beaten in every conceivable way possible last night.

Pavlik is bitter that he lost to Hopkins. It was a total ass whuppin. That's the difference between fighting the Gary Lockett's and the Legends.

A 12 round systematic domination. That was a hiding.
