The guy is in line to get beaten down again by a boxer that is dynamic and can fight, (ex. BHOP). All Pav has is a good chin and a heavy punch. When Pav truly fights someone again with any kind of talent, he will most definitely lose. Bring on Williams, cause theres no way Pav beats him (and for those of you that think Williams lost, fine, then bring on Martinez, no way Pav beats him either. Point being: These 2 guys are elite fighters, Pav is not). Too slow, too one-dimensional. Problem is, Pav and his team know this and the guy will continue to fight bums. It doesnt matter though, the boxing community knows Pavs game and that hes trying desperately to continue living off the Taylor wins and continues to use the "sick" excuse as to why a 103 year old BHOP kicked his ass for 12 rounds. RIP Pav.
Just like Pav was able to KO Taylor in the 2nd fight? Or just like he was able to KO an old BHOP? Pav was able to KO Taylor in the first fight because Taylor tried to brawl and didnt have the stamina. Pav is so goddamn slow, in the 2nd fight Taylor made sure to "box" and not get caught by those slow punches during careless exchanges. Same with BHOP, he saw every punch coming. Any fighter that can see Pav's punches, will not be hurt by him, plain and simple.
The guy beat Taylor fine, I respect that. The guy hasnt beaten anyone else of note since then, dont respect that. Hes a millionaire only because he lives in Youngstown. Anyone who makes over 100k there is considered a "millionaire".
No. He got to be a millionaire by having over a million dollars. You don't get to redefine the terms. He got it by FIGHTING his way to the top much like you POSTED your way to the bottom.
Of course, that was just a joke. However, he actually might not be a millionaire considering taxes hes had to pay and monies hes spent. A "millionaire" is defined by having a million dollars available "liquid". He actually might not at this time have that anymore.
Funny, when he beat Taylor, both were undefeated and Taylor was talk of the town. Now Pavilik is a bum because he was beaten by a legend and has knocked out every opponent since then? I am no big fan of Pavilik but he is good. He will stand a threat to Williams being that Williams likes to take punches and that is not a good recipe going against Pavlik.
Exactly. Think that makes this fight happen now and like you said, Pav will be in for a rude awakening. Where Paul has been fighting top level competition fight after fight, Pav hasnt fought anyone since Taylor and then BHOP. He will have a very false sense of confidence going into this fight.
Well it works out for Pav, since he continually fights "things that dont move". Once he gets in there vs someone with skills such as a BHOP, that freight train is fairly simple to beat simply by having some movement, D, and boxing skills--all things that all of Pavs post Taylor fighters lacked, with the exception of BHOP.
